Scheduling Your Procedure (After Purchase):

• An appointment is essential. Please let us know of your preferred branch by contact us at any of our Social Media Channels or at our Hotline- 0999-886-7546
• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 3 times.

Eligibility and Guidelines:

• These non-surgical procedures are available for individuals aged 18 and above.
• Each voucher grants one procedure session.
• Limit of 2 vouchers per week, applicable across our range of non-surgical procedures.
• To maximize benefits, we recommend utilizing no more than 2 vouchers per session.

Health and Safety Precautions:

• Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, or those planning pregnancy.
• Clients with medical conditions, such as recent surgeries, metal implants and/or other major medical procedures done should seek medical advice before proceeding.
• Some reactions, such as swelling or minor bruising, may occur.
• Procedures should be scheduled at least one week before or after your menstrual period.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Please note that refunds are not available. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may offer the option to convert your purchase into credit for other products or services within our range. This ensures flexibility and satisfaction with your Skinovative experience.
